RETURN PERIOD

You have 14 calendar days from the receipt of your order to request a size exchange or return.
The item must be unused, with its tags attached, in its original packaging, and in perfect condition.

EXCHANGES & SHIPPING COSTS

We gladly accept size exchanges.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Recommendation: always keep your shipping receipt until we confirm the return has been received.

REFUNDS

Refunds are always issued to the original payment method.
Once the returned product has been received and validated, your refund will be processed within a maximum of 7 business days.
